Indeed.com took top honors among job search sites in a holiday poll over at Lifehacker. The straightforward search site ranked no. 1--Monster, Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, HotJobs and Craigslist rounded out the top six.
Lifehacker says of the site: "Indeed isn't a full-service job search site where you post your resume and hope for calls from employers, but if you know what kind of work you're looking for, its impressive meta-search (complete with email alerts and RSS feeds) is worth a look."

It doesn't matter a whit in your current job search whether these statements are true or false. Maybe your last job was your dream job. OK, find another dream. So the economy is in a downturn and the job search is tough. Well, most of us can handle tough challenges. Easy challenges are pretty rare.
