Administrator, Player Development
Reports to: Senior Co-ordinator, Player Development
Main duties include:
- Work cooperatively with administrative assistants to ensure timely and efficient communications with provincial golf associations, member clubs and the golfing public.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Future Links programs.
- Assist in promotion and communication of the Future Links program.
- Maintain database of users of and participants in the Future Links Members program.
- Follow-up with provincial golf associations, clubs and participants to ensure accurate tracking of program usage and participation levels.
- Maintain adequate levels of FL merchandise and promotional materials and manage inventories of same.
- Manage the fulfillment of FL material orders in a timely fashion.
- Assist in maintenance of Future Links website content.
- Work with the Senior Coordinator of Player Development to train and coordinate Future Links interns.
- Coordinate committee meeting agenda and minutes and ensure committee members receive these in a timely fashion.
Required skills:
A motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently
Strict attention to detail and deadlines
Strong communications skills
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
Golf knowledge
